Submission Requirements

Applicant must indicate the start date of the program that he / she is applying and packages must be submitted or postmarked by the deadline for that program:

• Cover letter and resume. **Resume should list relevant software experience**
• Demo reel (DVD only) **Please, no CDs, websites or original works of art**
• Shot breakdown sheet listing your role on each shot and what software was used
• Completed Apprentice Program Application Form
