Directed by Rob Cohen (“Stealth,” “Fast & Furious”). Derek Spears (“Superman Returns,” “The Sum of All Fears”), served as the VFX supervisor for Rhythm & Hues, with Bob Mercier as co-VFX supervisor, Craig Talmy, animation supervisor and Bill Tlusty as VFX producer. The work by R&H included CG Yeti’s, which Cohen described in his “Mummy” production blog, (2/19/08): “...the Yeti done by Rhythm & Hues that appear in the Himalayan sequence are my favorite achievement. They are flat out cool! Supervisor Derek Spears and team have been kicking ass on the creatures.” Other work includes a three-headed dragon, and one devastating avalanche.
